Volodymyr Lytvyn, Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, is ready to suggest that the Deputies vote by secret ballot for the idea of extraordinary parliamentary elections.
V.Lytvyn made the above-mentioned statement at the press conference in Chernihiv on Thursday.
The Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine supposes that the vote should take place on condition that "the leaders of political parties" are absent at the session hall.
"I am convinced that the results of such vote can be predicted", - stated V.Lytvyn.
